My Roles and Responsibilities

Jim is a seasoned production manager responsible for project management, team efficiency and on-time delivery within the organization. He prides himself on efficiency and hitting content publishing deadlines for Naomi.

He is the leader of the content operations team and ensures content is routed correctly, follows pre-defined workflows and is reviewed and approved by the right stakeholders before being released to market. Jim owns the content during production and is responsible for everything including translation, regionalization, component data inputs and assigning content tasks to Monika and Reyna.
